after stopping of unlimited data plans in bsnl 3g my bsnl 3g modem was useless
i searched internet but many forum says its not unlockable
but it was planned posting by some of the users who were selling this 4 MB software at price of 200 to 500 inr
now i got it free from some nice guy
i tested it on docomo vodafone and airtel
its working in 2G 3G networks any sim card
enjoy and hit thanks
steps
1. uninstall bsnl 3g from control panel
do not uninstall drivers
( hsdpa driver are installed separately and do not touch them just uninstall software named bsnl3g in control panel)
2. install this v cell
its a software just like bsnl 3g connecting software
insert any sim card with data plan and enjoy surfing
best 2g sims are reliance gsm 250 inr 3 months 20 gb
bsnl 2g 98 inr 3 gb one month
docomo 48 2 gb one month
