Its time to use DCM as full of fledged..
I am going to revealed the trick bcoz I know that DCM can not block it.. Bcoz of TCP protocol.. TCP can't be blocked by DCM.. Bcoz If TCP will be blocked, Paid user also can not use GPRS or internet..
So here is the Trick..

Go to Freeusvpn.com and Download free openvpn Config file..!
keep remind username and password..!
Add Config files in Openvpn config directory.. Here is path.. C:\ProgramFiles\Openvpn\Config
Add below proxy and port setting in Opnevpn Proxy Setting::
195.145.22.46:80

Now connect with Internet APN and start openvpn with right click on icon of openvpn.. it will ask for UN and PW.. Add UN and PW.. Try 4 to 5 times..
Enjoy unlimited Browsing and Downloading..
As Docomo cant block this trick but I cant take any risk..
