The U.S. antitrust has finally approved of Microsoft¡¯s ambitions of buying Skype. The software giant had announced last month of its plans with Skype. The deal was reportedly struck at a whopping $8.5 billion. But, the antitrust approval formalities were delaying the buyout process.
