How to Configure China Phones’ MMS and GPRS Manually [SUN]

good news mga Sun users, eto na kung paano i-configure mms & gprs natin! na-try ko sa tv-99 ko and it worked!

Creating Data Accounts

Steps:
1. Open Services Menu.
2. Open Data Account.
3. Open GPRS.
4. Create/Edit Data Account and enter the following values:

For Sun MMS Data Account:

Account Name:Sun MMS
APN: mms
User Name: leave it blank
Password: leave it blank
Auth. Type: Normal

For Sun GPRS Data Account:

Account Name: Sun Wap GPRS
APN: wap
User Name: leave it blank
Password: leave it blank
Auth. Type: Normal

Configuring WAP/GPRS/Internet Services Using the Data Accounts Created

1. Open Services Menu.
2. Open WAP.
3. Open Settings.
4. Open Edit Profile.
5. Create/Edit a Profile and enter the following values:

For Sun GPRS Profile:

Rename Profile: Sun Wap GPRS
Homepage: http://www.suncellular.com.ph
Data Account: Sun Wap GPRS (this data account is the one you have created)
Connection Type: HTTP
Proxy Address: 202.138.159.078
Proxy Port: 8080
Username: leave it blank
Password: leave it blank

Configuring MMS Using the Data Accounts Created

1. Open Messages.
2. Open MMS.
3. Open Message Settings.
4. Open Server Profile.
5. Create/Edit a Profile and enter the following values:

For Sun MMS Profile:

Rename Profile: Sun MMS
Homepage: http://mmscenter.suncellular.com.ph
Data Account: Sun MMS (this data account is the one you have created)
Connection Type: HTTP
Proxy Address: 202.138.159.078
Proxy Port: 8080
Username: leave it blank
Password: leave it blank
