I guess this is a modified version. Maybe time limitation is set on software and not on a server implementation.
That would mean mega upload organise his file a logical way and their software can access file directly in Premium access. Meaning they are not verifying if you are authorized to access the file or not.
In some Porn website i manage to download for free stuff by guessing where file were stored.
If it's the case, the program could have been modified in order to have an unlimited premium access.
Otherwise if limitation is set on the server, it could be tricked by a crack, except if there is a bug, a hole in their server to be exploit by software modification (hack).
If you type megakeyby in google you find different modified version of Megaupload MegaKey. This suppose many people modified their software. Except if some people are claiming a megaupload tools is their own, and presenting it like a crack of their own.

You only see the guy downloading as premium without account. Normally he should have used one if he was using Megaupload Tools (as i read in some blogs).
